So I called the Verzion Customer service 3 times today to hope they have the price matching policy. I even asked to talk to the duty manager to see if they can do something to match Bestbuy's price. Basically, all they said is "Fuck yourself" in a nice way.
I was really pissy when I arrived the Verzion's store to return my phones. So, I gave my last try to talk to the store manage to explain the whole situations.
After some checking, the manager came back to tell me is that he can give a $50 credit.
I have two choices here; take his $50 credit and keep the phone or return the phone to pay $35 restocking fee and get it from Best Buy to save 100 bucks.
I told myself if the guy is a really asshole, I probably need to take his offer because go to Best Buy to buy the phone is a real pain in the ass because it will take another 2 hours to do all the stuff. So I talk to the manager to explain it would be a WIN WIN situation if he can give me $65 instead of $50 credit. It is like playing "Texas hold'em" poker, isn't? I guess I won this time.
I guess I live in 21th century now cos I have a smart phone.
