I should say Unchained DOW, not unchained Melody.
Dow went up another 82 points to hit 15051 points and S&P rose 8 points to hit 1625.
Holy Shit! It's better than the peak before the Wall Street took a nose dive in 2007. I know the Christmas will be over soon when everybody is cheer leading Dow will hit 18000 points.
Am I greedy? Yes, I am very greedy. Do I have fear? Yes, because my balls are getting smaller and smaller. I will pull 80% out of mutual funds and keep the 20% in the Real Estate fund before end of this month. Hopefully, there will be a 10% or more correction in the summer time so, I can jump back in October.
I may end of making 20% less but that is all right cos I don't have a crystal ball which can predict future. I know one thing for sure that the real estate will keep going up, at least for one more year in US.
Time will tell, I just wanna retire rich, or maybe filthy rich.
