I am freakin pissed today. I drove 25 miles to the Macy’s store in Bethesda because they advertized the Cole Haan shoes are on sale for 99 bucks which the regular price is $150. By using Macy’s credit card, I can get addition 15% off.
Does it sound too good to be true? That’s what I figure so I call them to make sure they do have the CAP TOE style I want. Amazingly, the saleslady replied me that sale will be end tomorrow and they have the CAP TOE style I want.
So I drove 25 miles to the store and saw the shoes. I told the sales associate that I need a 9.5EE and she said they only carry medium for the width. She was nice enough to tell me that I can try the Macy.com instead of telling me that I should chop off 2 inches of my each foot to fit the medium size and she can make some commission.
